Wood Firing Workshop
On April 27-30, 2001, a group from Earthworks Pottery went to Peters Valley for a ceramics wood firing workshop. We arrived with unglazed pottery we had crafted beforehand. Once there, we glazed our pottery and loaded our pottery into the kiln on Friday. We fired the kiln all day Saturday and left it to cool all day Sunday. On Monday we opened the kiln and unloaded our pottery.
